In My Garden Recipe!

       So if you read my other two blogs today you know I'm playing hop scotch blog day! I'm going to give you a recipe for Baked Potato Soup here, on Bridget's Daughter a awesome biscuit recipe, and on Good Morning, Good Coffee, Good Start (yes new name) you'll get an yummy chocolate cake. Yes it has coffee in it! Have a great weekend!

Potato Soup
Ingredients
3 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 cup water
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded American cheese
1 cup chopped ham
Directions
In a large stock pot add potatoes, celery, onion, chicken bouillon, water and parsley flakes. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until vegetables become tender.
In a separate bowl mix flour and milk. Once it is well blended, add to soup mixture and cook until soup becomes thick.
Stir in cheese, cooked ham or hamburger and simmer until cheese is melted.

Ingredients
465 g peeled and cubed potatoes
60 g chopped celery
80 g chopped onion
1 cube chicken bouillon
235 ml water
0.5 g dried parsley
3 g salt
1 g ground black pepper
5 g all-purpose flour
355 ml milk
160 g shredded American cheese
135 g chopped ham


Directions
In a large stock pot add potatoes, celery, onion, chicken bouillon, water and parsley flakes. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until vegetables become tender.

i used to make potato soup all the time during winter..but its got to many carbs for me so I don't make it any more..sure do miss it.
